The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. the hotel was fairly clean and fantastic. - the staff was incredibly nice. - the daily service was terrific.

I recently stayed at Balito Aparthotel in Crete for a week-long vacation. The location was perfect, with everything within close proximity, including the pool, bar, and kitchen. The hotel was not overcrowded, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There were several beautiful beaches within walking distance, and all the necessary amenities were conveniently located at the bottom of the hill. Excursions could be easily booked with an agent nearby, saving us money compared to the prices in the main town. The short bus ride into Chania was convenient, with buses running late for our return. The rooms were cozy and clean, providing everything we needed. our experience at Balito Aparthotel exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend it.

I would recommend this hotel.

We were only two persons. For us the room was large enough. It was close to Chania, to the beach, and well locates to the both normak roas system and the national road as well. very convenient. The room is clean and pleasant. It is advised to add cofee tee sugar and whityener batgs. Also few more types of kitchen tools like pan and pots will help to arrange the guest"s own meals.

It is advised that the receptiom would be occupied at least from 5 PM till late evening and early (7:00) in the morning for people who like to leave early in the morning.

The swimming pool wasent so clean.

They gave me big and bright room with Kitchenette. The breakfast offered a lot of options and was great.

The hotel is clean with views of the sea. the room is spotless and recently refurbished, equipped with air conditioning, decent views, and a kitchenette. - the staff is outstandingly accommodating and super friendly, providing great service. - the breakfast was great, with a good choice of meals that we loved.

Basic stuff is quite OK.....and the rooms ok. The location is ok, it's not far away from the mainroad and you can easily reach it by car, there is also quite nice uppervillage near, where are good tavernas. The owner was friendly. If you need a cheap place to stay this is your hotel.

The hotel could be a little cleaner, the kitchen equipment is very small...The balcony in our 3 persons room was so small, that we hardly fit there all of us. You can spend there 1-2 nights but I don't recommend for a longer stay. The toilettes near the pool are also not very clean. There are no services available like poolbar etc. or at least I didn't notice, it was always closed. If you stay in this hotel I think you definitely need a car, otherwise it is too difficult to go anywhere from the hotel. You cannot pay with your visacard.

It is easy to find it from New National Road. Owners are very nice and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. There is a parking place next to the building. Very good price for this value. Polecam!

Within the complex everything was close, several beaches in walking distance, friendly and helpful staff, excursions can be booked nearby, short bus ride to Chania, peaceful area.

A bit far away from beach, shops, bars etc.: 10 min on foot to the beach, 30 min to get Platanias (bars, clubs).
